The measurements are 2-7/8" long, 5/16" wide, 3/16 thick, holes 1/8", distance between holes 1", distance from hole to back of piece 1-3/8", tab 11/64 high x 13/64 long, slot on bottom, 1/8 wide, 9/16 long, 5/64 deep. Thank you for your assistance. Dave

I need this part and can't seem to find it any where

Its a metal piece 3 1/4" long it goes under the window and into the side window lifter, it also allows the window to swivel upside-down

I need to replace this window balance. I will need both sides. There are two coils that have a screw going through them to secure it to the window. The coils stay in place and the pivot pin moves up and down. This is a tilt window about 24 years old.

I need to replace a CertainTeed Certalock sash lock

The latch has a horizontal slide mechanism to keep the two panel glass storm pieces in place when the top glass piece is up. Otherwise the glass slides down and the screen rolls out.
