I have a Milgard casement window that I need the crank and arm replacement, numbers that I got off the crank arms are 31876, and 41011. I have the same window in a right hand crank so I would be ordering two one for left-hand crank, and the other four right hand crank, same window style. ... (cont.)

I need to find a rolle that will replace the one in the attachments.

Window crank just spins until window is pushed open a bit, then it catches and opens. I think one of the teeth may be broken or worn

I have several 23 year old windows (same brand) with lift failure, unknown brand. The top pulley is broken, as is the metal channel (5/8 inch wide) is stripped at the top. Springs are OK. Hi - Looking for a Milgard Sash Lock. Not finding any model numbers, or referencable numbers on the locking mechanism. The central Screw structure is breaking out of our older locks.

i have 6 double hung sashthat are rusted and the pins are broken need 12 spring sash adjusters and 12 swivel locker slides slides seem to be 1/2" deep.

It fits inside a bracket that is in patio door still. The bracket is brass too and has a thread bolt keeping it in place and I can't remove the carriage. This part is about .75" thick let me know what else you need from me. and thank you
