Hi, I need to fix the screen on my pella wood-clad sliding door. PEL-0307-D2CSFFV1Z1-071E095ICS1-525SV15S.

I need 5 of these or if you can find replacements that will work for these. The sash lock has the numbers 12895, 12883, & 12884 on it on the under side with the letter R on it as well. As for the keeper, there's no numbers on it and i'm not sure if it is the correct keeper for the sash lock. ... (cont.)

Hi, I purchased these channel balancers a couple of years ago and didn't keep the receipt. I now need 2 more and want to make sure I get the same ones. The piece connected to the bottom window broke. This is the piece that connects to the frame for up and down mechanism and tilt. thanwondows were installed approximately 15 years ago and do not have any product information.
