Looking for this plastic snap in glazing bead. Cannot seem to locate part.

side screws are 5" apart, they screw into handle

I need to purchase 8 sets of channel balances, i looked online and I thought mine lookes closest to your 380 series. I would like to order these today so could you please confirm that I have the right ones? I spoke to Jody on the phone and she said she could take a look for me.

looking for replacement part for tilt in latch for vinyl windows. see attached photos

I have 2 storm window screens when the tab of tilt key in the corner has snapped off so the screen will not stay in the track. Is there an easy way to fix this without having to take the frame apart? even a temporary fix? thanks Jim

The inner handle of my Atrium lockset is loose and I can only hand tighten the set screw a little. I no longer have the hex key included with the kit -- can you tell me what size the hex key is so I can get this tightened up? Thanks!

Is this a 390? It is 28 inches long and the stamped number is 2740. It looks like your replacement part does not have a rolled edge. Does that make a difference?

I watched your video...very helpful. I think I can fix my Kinro window but need parts. My Channel Balance has a marking on it 26 3 I am also missing take-out clips.Please advise what part# I need to order. Thank you!Paula

my son has a house that is 15 plus years old. The latches on one of the windows has crumbled. I cannot find a manufacturer name anywhere. I have attached pictures of what is left of the latch. it is 1/2 inch in width. Any help would be greatly appreciated

I recently moved to NW Ohio and purchased a home. The three season room has aluminum jalousie windows and parts of the inset are deteriorating or broken. I am not positive of the parts name, I assume it is a weather strip of some type, it snaps in between the aluminum frame and the window (see the t ... (cont.)
