have some replacement windows that need spiral balances and pivot shoes, they are the same window,but some shoes are marked 530c and others are 55vhs

they measure 9/16 thick x 2-3/16 long x 1-1/4 inch wide .do you sell or have another supplier that can locate these parts for me? i need 24 of them .Thank you for any assistance you can give . Mel Snyder

Came off my security door. Need whole unit with door handles and all. No serial numbers or ID to unit besides your company logo.

Windows are Milestone single hung series 1000. Window just falls shut, I am assuming because the channel balances are broken/old. Please advise. number 7758 on part, no manufacturer name on windows or hardware. Windows have been installed for at least 35 years.

It is a Truth brand, and the # I believe identifies it is 30744 although the following #'s were also on there, 40574 and 45108. The long arm is 9.5" in length. The crank to open'close is in the middle. Do you have a replacement for this? Sincerely, Sheila

Sliding Small Window that works like a patio sliding door located in a high-rise condo circa 1980s. Product Code: 81-248 looks very similar, but it is larger in size. Do you carry a 3/8 inch wide version?

Don't see a 5/8 sash top that locks the balance to the window like this one. The Chanel balance top sticks out above the sash top on the Chanel side. Can you please help.

I'm trying to locate a pella sliding door , screen door latch

I am trying to locate a spiral window balance. The balance I have in my hand looks exactly like your S900 series (S900-29). Mine is 3/8" diameter and measures 29" in length. The only problem is mine has a black tip on it. Please see pic. Can you help me? Thanks Brian

I have determined that the channel balance I need is a 27" series 380, however, I am not sure which stamp option I need, as there is nothing visible on them. They are the kinco series mark 40/50 HP. H-LC50-53x77. Thanks for your help.

Plastic (or nylon?) insert is broken on one side of window frame. These are photos of the unbroken part. It is a rotating fitting.
