I have six Series 795 Channel Balances that had the top string/screw bracket break. They are original to my home which is 10 years old. Do you sell just that right angle string/screw bracket? Seems a shame to swap out for a whole new balance of this little piece. Thanks, Richard

I purchased the 26" Series 795 Channel Balance (26C) doesn't fit. Old cam device at bottom of the spring assembly is narrower than the new one, so there is no way this new one that I have will work as is. Is there a narrower option for the cam device?

The metal portion is 26 inches. It seems that one end of the cord is loose at the top and must be inserted into the window frame where the hole is, and then manually pulled down and secured at the top by the pullout clip? Then the window is replaced over the balances? Thank you. Bob ... (cont.)

I need to get some new window balances and shoes. As you can see it is a 3440, 35" balance. I am having trouble on the site with the shoe though. It's 1 1/4" wide and 1 7/16" tall.

I have a channel window balance that is 9/16" wide and 26-1/2" long that matches up with your Series 370 channel balance but the numbers stamped on is is 2630. I will be replacing 12 of these so I want to make sure I get the proper ones. Thanks

Seeking source for replacement handle

Hi, I think I have a 26"380 channel balance. The balance does not have a stamp option that I can find. The window size is 40"x30". Please verify model of channel balance (380?) and recommend the stamp option. Thanks in advance
