Here are pics of my window balance that I need to replace. Please help and tell me which one is a replacement for this I need to order 4.

Operator arm broken and detached from window. Trying to determine replacement parts needed. Two windows open left to right; one opens right to left.

We have a window that goes up but does not stay up, it just slams back down. We believe we need to replace the shoe or channel balance and shoe. I'm unable to find a similar shoe. Hello, Looking to replace channel balances for tilt windows. Stamped: (11/06) UNIQUE 27-D-40 Plain channel. Although they're stamped 27, they measure 28 inches. Photos attached. Window sashes are 29" wide x 30.5" tall and weigh 22 lbs. Do you ship to Canada? Thanks

a customer has a 1980s tilt out double hung, enclosed are 2 pics, one of a shoe? that attaches to sash, the other of a broken plastic circle attached to the spiral balancer, the round shoe seems to fit into the broken plastic circle.

Hi, After installation how does the axle pin for the 87-193 stay in place? Is it shaped with a locking mechanism. On installation is it forced into the holes of the window's aluminum flange? Thanks.

Hi, Our awning window crank doesn't open/close the window. Do I need a whole new operator? The current operator is "Truth". The size is 21 1/2". The crank handle has a #45054 on it. Looking for channel balance replacements for Alenco windows installed in 1984. 28" length, stamped 2730. Shoe depth is 1". Is the Series 351 what I need? Also need advice on sash guides. Will forward pics in another e-mail. Thanks. Tom
