Our broken window piece.
The model number on this plain channel balance is (12/1) Unique 26-C-30 for the left side of the window. Is the broken plastic piece replaceable or do we have to buy a whole new unitl? Thank you Marty

Can you use this for a 1 1/8 wooden storm door?
I have a new wooden storm door that is 1 1/8 thick. I wanted something more substantial than the mortise screen door lock set but less involved and expensive than the complete mortise lock set. Would this work? I have plenty of space where I want to mount it.

39-099 vs 39-343
Hello. I need to order the correct part. I've read the other threads and I understand the difference is based upon when the window was mfgr. However this house was built in 98 and 99 so I'm not sure which windows we have. From looking at the two pictures, both parts seem identical. The screw ho ... (cont.)

t-spline 59-237
I am ordering the T-Spline 59-237 which is exact fit for my slider screen. Can you recommend a splining tool for this type of spline? It would seem I need a "V" roller or very narrow tool to fit on each side of the "T". Also, do you have bulk screen rolls?

Hardware for a wrought iron security door
The mounting holes and width of my mounting plates do not match the measurements you display online. Also, we have a key from both sides which you do not show (this is not a show stopper). Thanks, Rob

29" Series 751 Channel Balances
I found that the 29" Series 751 Channel Balance matches the right side balance that i need to replace as far as the numbers that are stamped on the previous broken balance. The left side balance however has a few differences than the right side. The right side is stamped (DB J03 28 HD) and the left ... (cont.)
