Hi, The lower sash is: 16" high x 24 1/4" Wide. In the lower left hand corner of upper and lower windows is stamped: Andersen Window, 83/0. I also need vinyl strips for both sides of window. Thanks, Brad.

I have S351 balances in my windows. I have lost the original hardware for one. The visible glass measures 13 1/2" in height and 22" in width. The window glass measures 25 1/2" on the diagonal. What length balance do I need.

Hello. I have a broken pivot guard on a Milgard window that I need to replace. I've attached photos. The only info on the pivot is "A 4" stamped on the unit. It appears that both the right and left side are identical. Thanks Rich
