I need to replace both balancers on an Anderson window. There are two sets of numbers on the old balancer: 11600-17 and P53 12#26 8 8 The window measurements are: upper sash window is 26" tall by 39" wide and the lower sash window is 39" tall and 39" wide. Which balancers should I or ... (cont.)

These are to windows that were built in the late 50s. The frames are aluminum and have horizontal glass panels. There is a handle that attaches and you turn to open. The door has a pella sticker reading 031307 9056133145 I have another door very similar but the sticker reads 080405 90563 7586 Both appear to use the same bead

We have a small jalousie bathroom window (approx 24x36) in which the window crank no longer works. The handle itself looks OK, so likely the gear is stripped inside the mechanism. missing metal piece at the top that holds the spiral balancer

This is the unbroken part. Springs are 1/2" wide. Marked "DL" and "D". Window is 26 pounds. Springs are broken on the other window but I only need the springs as the rest of the assembly is in working order.

Just moved into a new house and would like to change my locks. The patio door has a key lovk so I've dismantled it, but the replacement I got at Home Depot does not quite fit. I have no idea what brand the door itself is, nor do I know what to look for. Help?

I'm pretty sure the mortise locks on my Cardaco sliding glass doors are the same as your Product Code 82-226 (although whoever installed this one put it in upside down).
