I have 9 windows in my town house with broken channel balancers. I removed a set from one window and have attached the photos of each end and of the only marking available (UB 28D) The channel (without end pieces) measures 29" I'm hoping that you can tell me which i need to order from the inf ... I believe this is the proper lock that I need. These are the dimentions of what I have: 4 1/2" total length 11/16" total width 3/8: insertion section width screw holes center to center 3 13/16' color beige Do you need any other dimentions? Pictures attached.

To whom it may concern, The pivot shoes in our 1998 house with Twin Seal MW windows are deteriorating and need to be replaced in all the windows. I would need 56 Pivot Shoes to replace all of the existing ones. Our window balances are 3/8

Need minimum (30) pcs for home. Part dimensions:2.128" long, 1.240" wide and .522" high. Hole for pivot pin is .315" x 215"

Do you have balance cord for 15-014 balance shoe? i have the shoe and the channel which I got from Swissco. I need the cord. Any idea where I can get it? 1/16 inch structural cord in hard to find.
