The only thing I saw was the Alenco name on the window. I need to replace the plastic molding.

I have the old balances out its showing two different #s 731 038 901 and 11600-17 what # do I use to order new balances

Please tell me what model to order.

Based on measurements, the tilt latches for model #'s 26-420 and 26-244 seem similar. The only difference is the tab on the underside of the latch. From my photos, can you tell me which one I should use? Thanks.

I have Pozzi wood awning windows that were installed in 1985. I have several of the window operator shafts that have broken. I believe the #39-035 is the replacement part. Can you check and see if that's what you come up with. I have included a picture of what I have.

No name, numbers or stamp to identify manufacturer of this window crank for a casement aluminum bathroom window unless it was painted over by previous owner.

I took the ballast out of the window, the marking is E90 9#27 3 84. I have 5 windows and each one needs at least one some of them need both. I assume it is best to replace both for equal tension. Please tell me which item to order and the cost for them.

Can I use aluminum screening with this? Animals are shredding the fiberglass and it does not last.

Window keeper

I'm looking for a replacement handle for this lever. It needs to fit the existing holes on the door, but we want something similar in a satin nickel finish. Do you carry anything that would work?

I think this could be 55-158-6, but not sure it matches exactly. I can't find the manufacturer identified anywhere on the windows, that I can see.

I included two pics of the same crank as wasn't sure which would be clearer. We need a replacement. Please advise.
