Hi, The very bottom of the screw portion of this window crank is broken, so it doesn't catch the gears on the assembly and we can't open or close our window. The number stamped on the arm is 45012. Can you help me find a replacement? Thank you! Nathan

We have large window sashes made with aluminum. The pivot shoe is a red cam series 85 pivot shoe. The sashes are large and heavy; one set with a 48.3 pound weight. Dimension are: 4"hx2"w mounting holes are spaced 3 and 5/8" apart. 7/16" from the inner edge of door. The door frame is 1" thick.
