Channel Block and tackle window spring balance is broken in my window and my window won't stay up. I have multiple windows in need of new balance blocks. Some are ripped completely out and some are jammed. The numbers I see are "26-5 ga5 CMC <some random number>"

The channel length is 26 11/16" which is not an option in your listing. The channel is stamped 26 4 and 3.5.1 with initials PA above the 351
