Looking for a handle and escutcheon

I ordered a part from you but it was not the correct part The order is 3560728 10/10/26. Item 23-193. I wasn't sure if you had a part comparable to the part shown in photo. I do need to return incorrect part. Should I call to start the return?

These hang on post mounted to the top of the door. They face opposite of each other to counterbalance the door.

I have 5, 92" tall folding metal doors. 2 of the doors with 2 panels opening to the right. The other 3 opening from the center to the sides with 2 panels each. You have three possible solutions. 23-081, 086, 070. I cannot remove the door yet but is there a way you can tell me what the replacement should be? Also, does your replacement come with appropriate screws ? Thanks a lot for any help you can give!
