I have this broken hinge that i would like to replace. The only markings i can find are below: HETTICH GERMANY 5472 53

This part goes on the end of right and left cabinet wall track (23 inches long) and sets in the back wall bracket/boot. The cabinets are about 26 yrs old.

Hinges were on new cabinets installed in 2000. While the hinges are not broken the self-closing feature no longer works. Wondering if I need to replace entire hinge or if they self-close insert can be replaced. It appears Mepla may no longer be made, maybe another brand?

The plastic bracket for the slide for our drawer is broken. The plastic bracket is 4' x 2" I have attached the picture of the bracket and the picture of the other slide (the unbroken one).
