These cabinets at Brammers. About 40 years old. Where can I find parts?

The hinge we need is 348.220.50/00..they are older hinges and having a hard time finding.. I have 2 that are broken...

Hi there.Have a bedroom set about 20 years old with Kenlin rails. The glides in the corner are also Kenlin, but have small rotating discs as per picture. I haven't been able to find these.Please advise.Thanks, Steve

These are old blum hinges, euro style, full overlay. The cup size is 40mm, and the spacing between the screw holes for the door is 45mm. I know this is a long shot because it seems like no one makes these, and 40mm euro hinges of any kind seem pretty rare, and the only ones I've found have screw ho ... (cont.)
