40 years ago we bought Quaker Maid cabinets with these hinges. The cabinet doors are full overlay, 110 degree opening. Need to replace a few. Help!

We're hoping to replace just the keeper plate and not the entire hinge,(the flat rounded peice with 2 barbs and a threaded hole in the middle of the half circle). I am looking for parts to replace the Merillat drawer slide rear sockets on my existing 1987 style cabinets. There are no visible fasteners to mount these. I assume they have pins on the back of them for mounting? Attached are photos.
