Looking for a tan draw slide socket which were used on my cabinets in 2005. Approximately 2" x2" x 1-1/4". They were sold as a 2 pk. Side Mount&Bottom Mount Drawer Side Socket is hos they are packaged.

Center to center holes are 4.5 inches. Piece is a thomasville

Can someone please help identify this component from our drawers from approximately 2003/2004?
