What is the overlay on this hinge. Thank you!

I've been refurbishing a coffe table and in removing one of the drawer glides, it broke. I've been looking all over for a replacement but cant find one. There is nothing on the hardware or coffee table to help distinguish it.

The one in the picture says left. Do you sell them in pairs or can I order just the left one

Help! I am looking for drawer track back plate as shown in the pictures. It goes with a 23 inch slide from 1985. Something jammed a kitchen drawer and the bottom part of the back plate broke off while trying to get the drawer open. I have searched everywhere for a replacement but cannot locate o ... (cont.)

The white plastic guide is 3 1/16" x 1 7/8". The slide opening is 1 1/8" wide and 9/32" tall. Entrance is 11/16".

Any idea where I can get the same or similar hing for my cabinet door? One broke.
