I have one wind that is missing the bar that allows the window to open and another window the bar is there but it easily drops out of the track. What do I need to fix both issues? The picture is of item #1 only. Thank you!!

Hi I just ordered channel balances from you and then discovered these plastic inserts that the balances attach to are broken. Do you carry replacements?

I have 2 windows that need the channel balances replaced. (Need 4 channel balances. I have attached 5 photos. The channel balance is 21 inches long and 1/2 an inch wide. There is a number on the balance that is 2040. Could not find a manufacturer.

Can you help me identify replacement parts for this double coil balance and pivot shoe? This was from a Kohler window S/N 314747002. Measures about 1 1/4" wide and 1/2" thick. About 4 1/2" top-to-bottom (both coils and pivot shoe). Thanks so much!

The pieces on both sides of this window pictured are broken. They are inside the frame and have a rope system that keeps it from sliding down when you put it up. Are these pics good enough? The aluminum channel is 28" end to end excluding plastic pieces. There is a label on the aluminum channel 2730 BSI ET as shown in one of the pictures. The pictures are from an operational unit.
