Please see pictures. The width of the channel is 3/8'. The length is 32". The channel is marked "31 3 BT CALDWELL". There is no hook at the bottom near the pulleys. Can you tell me what parts to order?

Sliding glass door roller assembly replacement

As soon in the picture the present assembly has B on one side 7116-5 on the other and a capital A inside a circle. I believe the door is an Anderson but it's a least 20 years old. We did clean the old ones and the door is moving better but still seems to continue to not roll as easily as it did. T ... (cont.)

I purchased Reliabilt 5600 series double hung replacement windows and had them installed by Lowe's in 2008. One of them will not stay open.
