Crank arm cranks out but doesn't crank back in.

Can't figure out the poundage for this coil. also not sure if its the right one for this window. I think it is Pella based on the window sash locks in the rest of the house that are Pella windows. Will this work?

Our house hit the one year mark for our new house so warranty does not cover the windows. These two parts ended up springing out and uncoiling, making the window unable to open or stay open. Does anyone know what parts I need to purchase?

Hello. The coil balance in one of my bathroom windows broke today. I'm unsure if you have the parts I need so I've sent a few photos which may help. The teeth on the gears on my truth window operator have failed. I can't close the window by crank. Looking to replace the whole unit and reattach it to my existing window. On the bottom of the gear box it reads 050699 03:39. The arms of the operator read 31881, 41010, 41016, and 41013 ... (cont.)

Need to find this track foe my screen door that leads to my deck. Can't seem to find the right piece. It needs the top piece that will slide into another piece that's already mounted which holds it in place. There are no screw holes.

There are no markings on the plastic support pieces. The coils are 1/2" wide and have no markings on them. I think there were x3 coils (see photo of coil support installed), but after uninstalling we only have 2 (one went missing?). Photo of other side shows x3 coils attached to pivot shoe? Simo ...
