Need pivot for tilt sash

I'm looking to replace channel balances on two non-tilt windows. I took many varied images, but with the 5-upload limit I tried to provide the most useful. The balances for the two windows appear to be nearly identical, the only differences are in the codes: 26-4 LM5 CMC 8 ? for the 21.5 lb sash 2 ... (cont.)

On the back of the hinge are these numbers: 23475 4, and 592 51. Are these available in brushed nickel?

The points on my latches are broken and I need new latches a left and a right. The spring seem okay but do you recommend that I change them to. Not quite sure how to change them do you have directions with the parts?

I have 14 Anderson double hung windows installed in 1999 and as you can see the latches for the screens have rusted and no longer work. The screens are fine but I cannot remove them. Short of getting all new screens I am at a loss I hope you can help
