Do you have this sash for a window from 2001

These pieces hold the screen in place there's 4 on each window, but are missing on one.

I am trying to figure out these balances and can't seem to get them out of the track. I need both sides of these. The sash is 28 x 26. I don't see any markings for weight so I hope that helps.

I'm looking for a replacement door lock with a keyed entry for the Jeldwen 4500 series sliding patio door.

The assemblies to hold the cord are busted. The window is like a guilotine, however it can pivot on the busted hardware, but the cords are retracted. They can't seat in the busted hardware.
