this handle will open the window but when i try to close it the handle unscrews from its base, do you have a replacement ?

Name Truth and number 30855 are printed on metal arm but no luck finding these online. 9 1/2 inches after the elbow. 3 inches from gear to elbow. Screw holes enter from outside and are set at 5 inches apart. Screw hole at end of park to attach to undeside of window not roller.
