I'm trying to find replacement parts for these window latches. They pinch together to open and close the windows. The second picture has both latches broken off.

As You see, I need t He part shown and the pin that goes into the window. They both broke.

The assemblies are captive within an aluminum channel, and I'm told I can just spread the channel to remove and install the rollers. Do you have a tool that can be used to spread the channel? The mechanism on the bottom of the sliding component is broken off on nearly every window. Can we buy a replacement?

I have three sliding glass doors in a 40 yr old home. I find that tiny bugs are able to get through my doors and litter the tracks. Are the rubber fins and fuzzy strips on the risers ....
