Hello, I need to replace 3 sets of window balances. On one of the balances the stamp is 24 - 3 CR Caldwell. On the other one it is difficult to read but appears to read 15 - 2 LP. Not sure of the window MFG. These 2" long plastic pieces have a nub or barb on the underside that push into a hole on the inside window frame. It appears to hold the upper window on track when sliding up & down. Without this, the top part of the upper window tilts forward and moves out of the groove ... (cont.)

The plating has come off all my EMCO door hardware and I would like to replace with new handles, cover plate and catch mechanism. My door is 1.50" thick and appears to have been installed in the early 1990's. The catch mechanism is 13/16 x 7-9/16 with screw holes on 6-7/8" centers. The inner and o ... (cont.)

The part is 4" x 1" there are 2 on the window. This window as purchased in 2006.I want to know how to remove the locks so the window can be opened.
