These closet doors were installed in my condo unit in 2005. As you can see, frame pulled away. Is this part available? Having hard time finding some one in Orlando to assist.

Hopefully you can help. I need to replace balances that are not working. The measurement from metal end to metal end is 17 5/8" long and a channel width of 1/2". Searching for a Dual Arm Operator for 800 series Windowmaster Casement window

I'm moving in two weeks and I am missing the sprocket (I think) that the handle fits on. The landlord has painted the parts so many times that I don't see any markings. I tried buying a replacement operator at Home Depot but it didn't work. These windows are really old.
