The shoe is 17/32" (.530) thick, .963" wide and 2" tall. There is a marking PAV#5-377384

28" long, for single hung window. Window is 34"w x 29.5" h

I have two Channel balances, both are for a non tilting aluminum window and are 9/16 wide and 28 inches long. One is marked 27 c and one is marked 2/30. I need to replace the window balances on some windows from a house I just bought. they have the stamp on the side of UNIQUE 25-f-60. none of the research I can find has those style of markings. thanks

I am looking for the part the window screen pin pops into on the side of the window jam. it is an oval shape white plastic piece 3/4 inch long by 1/2 deep. Roger

Chanel balancw 21 series DHS R 35 MST 3860 I would like to know if I can order that part and also if you have a video for it how to install that part. My window is at least 23 years old. an't find it in Home Depot or Lowe's. I would appreciate an answer. Thank you. Kerstin

Hi, I'm trying to repair an old Andersen window where the sash balancer has failed. I've removed the balancers. It appears to me the part numbers are 11600-17. The windows is double hung. I figure it's about 25 years old. I also see a number stamped on the balancers: K4

5/8 dia. the color is blue and it measures 28
