Part # 20121 for independent mirror industries sliding mirrored closet door. This is at the bottom of the door. The plastic piece has broken off so the door is no longer seated in the bottom rail. Is this piece replaceable?

I am needing to replace window balance on an aluminum window. Metal channel measures 28" in length. It is stamped with 27-4. I am unsure on top and bottom. Your assistance is appreciated.

We need the stripping that holds the window pane in place. It snaps in.
