My handle has the #45240 with 17 below it. What handle and cover would I purchase to replace it?

my handle is exactly like the one in the picture on your website. The key that turns and locks the door broke. What can I do to repair/replace? no.1540 and 060-1255 are on the parts. The metal part on the left of the pic is what I need.The pic is from mansfield ma.

From a 43 year old Thomasville set, base is 1 3/8" x 2 3/16", need the rotating side if sold separately. This is a very heavy duty lock.
