I have a single hung window and the bottom panel is removable ,the length of my balance is 28 inches and ehe top attaches with a simple pointed clip the bottom of the balance has a small square for the side clips of the window pane to set in there is a stamp on the balance that reads 28g and 7T ... The corner part that holds the bottom glass in place over the screen has broken off. It count hold the window in place. Because the tip that slides into the door, broke off. I have it duct taped up & can't use my screen now! PLEASE help
