We have to replace the spiral balance on a few windows. We had a window company come out to look at it and told us that the windows are obsolete and cannot be repaired. I need to replace a couple of 395, 15" channel balances. The one in front of me is not stamped with a sash weight capacity, but there is printed on the metal body: 14 2 FT CMC 2.
