Tilt Window system - The metal tube is 3/8" x 28 1/2" inches. Do I select 28 or 29 inch?

Its an older milgard vinyl sliding door. Maybe circa 2004-2008? Milgard is not helpful.

I am looking for a replacement guide/slider that attaches directly to the vinyl sash both on the bottom and top. It allows the window to pivot and attach to the slider bracket on the window frame. It is for a weathershield series proshield casement window.

It looks like the inner and outer handle panels have mounting screws that are 6 5/8 " apart. With an overall plate that is 7 1/8" long. The plunger panel appears to be 7 1/2" long with mounting screws that are 6 7/8" apart. If you need any more dimensions, let me know.
