Hi there?I'm trying to locate a replacement part for the 3 coil balance for my Simonton windows. Can you help? I will need several of them. Is there a right and/or left side specific part? I bought a PGT door that has a multi-point mortise lockset but no handle. The door was built in 2019. I have attached several pictures of the door and labels along with measurements. Can you determine what handle I need and the price and availability?

need to replace 4 balances.t seems like it's the S380. The length is 32, so the stamped number is 31. So it would be the S380-32. What I'm not sure is which of the options should I select. Can you tell from the old stamp? (31-15 HH5 CMC 5). My sash weigh 42lbs.

Doing this for my sister in law. Door currently has two different strips. One is double sided tape the other looks like a window stripping with a T stripped into a kerf on the door frame. What weather stripping do I need to replace all three sided?ThanksKeith

Looking to replace a broken drawer rail (15 1/2" long by 1 1/8" wide as well as the rail guide. See photos for both. The photo of rail is a good version that is usable.
