Looking for 2x of these window balance

Need 72" track and pivot for one door and carrier wheels for a three door folding

Please quote four replacements pictured.

Looking for window hardware parts, picture of window and broken parts attached. Windows were installed originally in 1994.

It says 26 c on the part but none of the balances look similar. Don't know what one to order. Last picture is of balance that is still intact.

The handle of the door knob is very loose like hanging but still can lock the door. Does this mean something like spring inside got broken that I need to replace? Thank you, Wei Wang

The pivot bar in my vinyl sash window sheered off. I am sending photos of the pivot bar on the other side and the part in the frame (lock shoe?) that the pivot bar goes into.
