Can you help me with the top and bottom parts for the window spring balance for the 2950 spring balance.

I am looking to order weather stripping and I need your guidance based on the Milgard Essence windows and the attached photos.

My grandparents had this house built like in 1992/1993. They deeded the home to me and i am a new homeowner, trying to be independent lol. Can you tell me what sash balances and pivot lock I need as the ones currently on it are broken. Thanks, Tonya R

Im trying to find a new crank handle and cover to match the rest of the windows in the house. Pictures are of what I currently have in thw house. The handle says Norco on it.

Knob looks like it is pewter - black round and rough. Purchased 1-13-06 at Howell's in Beaumont, TX see pictures.

This part appears to hold the upper window in place when unlocked. Broke off when cleaning window.

We need to replace 2 sets of slides. The pair of slides on right side of 2 drawers were exploded to water and have rusted. The slides on the left side of each drawer are perfect. I need a coil spring to fit in a 15-102 double slide load carrier. The current carrier has a 4 lb and a 7 lb spring (one in each slot). Merrillat cabinet slides broken, need new slides and back mounts. Slide measures 23 5/8 inches. Do you have the parts i need for this kitchen drawer?
