It seems to me that the handles locking mechanism isn't fully engaging causing the door to not lock.

Hello, can you help me replace this broken part on this (I think) Silver Line window? I'm wondering if it would be easier to replace the metal tape roll and the Shoe and Cam. Please see the attached pictures. Can you suggest a kit to fix it? Looks like 1.25 inches by 0.5 inches.

we are looking to replace two window crank casement systems from our old Jeld-Wen wood clad windows that appear to be stripped when trying to open and close The number stamped on the part is 7702.

Measures 28 inches Hurd window

The only identifier marks are a stamped 7 on each spring.

This is on a Guardian Sliding Glass door. We really don't need the face plate unless it comes together.
