would like to replace lock without changing holes with one that has key on outside

Good Morning, I sent a few pics a month ago and was told you needed to see the ends of the balancers to determine the correct one. Hopefully this will be what you need. The only markings on it are 2840 cj and then an emblem and cs. I took a photo of that so you can see.

I have tried many Allen wrenches to remove the set screw from the handle, similar to the 40-049. It appears the set screw is missing. I am not able to get the handle off. Please advise.

These are pictures of our front storm door. Latching mechanism has broken off from the front part that you would screw in. Not sure what kind of track (concave or convex) works fine but as u can see rust and discolored thought I could purchase a new track (bottom) but the total measurement is 87"
