Not sure what kind of track (concave or convex) works fine but as u can see rust and discolored thought I could purchase a new track (bottom) but the total measurement is 87"

The part that keeps the safety bracket pushed in has broken in several of my windows and I have to pry them out or tape them down to open the window

It seems to me that the handles locking mechanism isn't fully engaging causing the door to not lock.
