The slot in the pivot shoe will not turn. The part moves up and down but can't lock it in place. Need to replace this whole piece. No identifying marks. Window is double hung 24 years old.

Hello My coil balance is stamped 5 with a hole for a screw. It says here this is 0.5 inch thick. Mine is 1 inch in diameter and 0.5 inch wide if you think is the same. I saw another 5 pound coil so not sure if this one is correct. Tom

After talking with JW doors they referred me to you for hardware. I'm looking to replace this due to a broken locking lever. While looking at your website I see that you also have keyed versions of the handles available. Would that work with my configuration?

These 3 parts make up one rear bracket for a drawer slide in-some older cabinets. I need to locate new replacement parts or identify replacement options.

Part is damaged in one place on the back where it goes into the hole in the back of the cabinet. There also seems to be part of it missing on the other side as well, where the glide goes in.
