Hello, I have a broken coil balance. It says 16.5 on it. I'm struggling to remove the window from the frame. It's a pella window. I've included what I think is the serial # of the window. Thank you.

Hey there! These sash balances are stamped 2730 BSI ON. The aluminum channel measures 28". The full length including the plastic ends is 29". The only marking on the windows themselves is Duraseal L2 051203. Thank you for your help identifying these!

the metal part of the balance in the photos is 21 inches long, overall length is approximately 22 inches there are no markings on the balance the PGT windows are 2008 vintage

Mortise lock broke and fell through the opening you see. JELD-WEN Builders vnyl, apparently So it broke and we I took out the handle the lock just fell through the hollow... The 3-3/16 mortise lock (standard) does not fit through the opening the distance between holes is three-and three-quarter ... (cont.)
