my storm door rubber seal holding the glass in is dry rotten and the glass is about to fall out. i need that seal that goes around glass and aluminum frame

My weatherstripping appears to be 1/4 inch base and the best I tell 1/4 inch height with plastic in the middle. Certainteed windows.I've also got a bathroom window where the upper section will not stay up. I have attached a picture of the mechanism I think may be the issue, can you help me with this ... I'm having great trouble finding wide kerf seals for my doors they are older pease brand metal frame and doors and the kerf is approximately 1/4" (photo included) all i can find online and in stores is for a narrow kerf thank you

I am looking for window weatherstrip held in place by a spline on the bottom of a double hung sash. do you carry anything like this?

Trying to find a good replacement weatherstrip. Dimensions are a little odd and it installs in a kerf where the window sash wood is also offset

For these windows which I don't even know who makes them just builder grade windows. I already replaced the 850 series and 795 series balances through SWISCO but can not find this weather striping on your site. If you can Identify I would appreciate it. they really need replacing.
