looking for weatherstrip

Hi, I am the homeowner. My windows are leaking and got frozen when temperature is extremely low last winter. I want to check with you, do you think they are caused by the weatherstrip? if yes, i would like to order to replace. thank you

I am trying to source the strip that goes just above the window latch, it looks to have a track that it slides into, hope the pictures show the T-shape.

What weather stripping do I need? Not sure if this was a bubble-type stripping that has compressed with age or is another type. Also what quantity does it come in and what is the price. I hope you can help me. This came off the bottom of my 23 yr old Simonton vinyl window. It slides on the very bottom of the window and when the window is down it keeps the rain, etc out. Sorry about the first two rotated images. Both the whitish stationary strip (first two images) and the strip (next three images) I pulled out of the moving frame need replacing.
