Pollard Casement windows. Need to replace interior and exterior vinyl weather stripping.

I have some felt that has come loose on my slider windows. I'm probably going to replace it, but how do you attach it? I tried to secure the loose spots with superglue and it didn't want to stay down. Thanks.
