double hung window balance coil and shoe

hello,my double hung window has a broken balance coil, not sure about the shoe.Windows got installed by Sears back in 2018, they appear to be Aiside windows.The weight of the sash is 13 lbs

Hi there!

Thank you for reaching out to us. Take a look at the 15-177. This pivot shoe is used with the Series 152 coil springs (sold separately). You can use one S152-7 7-pound spring on each side of the window for a total of 14 pounds of overall support.

If you need new coil supports, see the 15-143 bushing, 15-144 cap, and 15-145 barrel. These snap together and sandwich the coil spring.
