falling window

A home owner from Bronx, NY says:
I watched a few of your videos online, and found them to be very helpful to the minor, but nagging problem of the window not staying up.

Paul from SWISCO responded:
Your photos show a shoe similar to our 15-215, which is usually part of the Series 140 coil spring balance system. Your coil springs might be worn down or broken that would cause the sash not staying up. It could also be a broken pivot bar that won't engaged in the pivot shoe cam. See what you think!
