can you help me for identifying my parts for replacement

Thanks for posting. Looks like the top attachment is similar to our 19-005, but you don't show the bottom attachment so I don't know what you have. I recommend that you look at our Channel Balance Home Page and follow the steps in order to find the Series that best matches what you have.

As for the face guide, check out our 67-026.

Thanks for the new image. I recommend our Series 385 channel balance. Just make sure that your shoe is the same size as our 15-004. If it differs in any way, let me know how and we will try to find a better match.
