Thank you for posting! Does the bottom shoe have wings? If so, it may be either our 15-004 or 15-005. If not, then you should consider our 15-001 or 15-002. Compare the dimensions of these parts to your own hardware and let me know which is a better fit. You may also want to see our handy tutorial on the best way of replacing these shoes.

Thanks for getting back to us. I'm afraid that I can't identify your Series based on the option alone. Could I see more detailed pictures of the attachments on either end of the balance? I am still not sure what they are. You can also check out our Selection of 1/2" Wide Non-Tilt Window Channel Balances and see if you can find a match yourself. Let me know!

ok, i took a pic of the channel balance and the plastic pieces attached. The bottom piece is 1" wide. the length of the metal is 29". the top plastic piece is 5/16 wide at the wings, looks like 1.5" in total length including the part inside the channel balance and 11/16" front to back (looks like 19-005).

it looks to me like the bottom piece is 15-005. I am going to order some of both plastic pieces and the entire channel balance as well so i have extra parts.

there is no visible stamp top let me know which "option 2810,2820,2830,2840,2850,2860" is correct. I'm guessing the 29" series 380 (product code S380-29) is the right way to go now which option?

Great! Sounds good. With the 19-005 top and 15-005 bottom, then yes, I think you're looking at a Series 380 channel balance.

As for the option, they usually correspond to your stamp. However, since yours is 28-9, we don't have a standard option listed. That doesn't mean one of ours won't work, though. I recommend you weigh your sash and compare what you get to the ranges shown in the weight rating table.
