We do not carry an exact replacement for your casement operator but I do believe our 39-315 (and its opposite handed version 39-316) may be worth considering as a replacement.

The compatible brackets would be our 39-545 and the 39-546. (The one you have pictured here is our 39-545). The compatible cranks are our 39-114L (non-folding handle) and 39-205 (folding handle).
