It measures 1 1/4" across and 1/2" in depth. The cam is broken on the shoe.

Hello there!

The pivot shoe pictured here is no longer available but the 15-177 can replace it. The compatible springs are Series 152. Take a look and let us know if you have any questions.

I don't see any markings on the spring to determine which one to get. The sash measures 24 3/4x 23 3/4 inches if that helps

Since there isn't a number stamped on the spring, you must divide the sash weight by the total number of springs in the window to determine the proper spring weights. Please feel free to get back to us with the sash weight and we can figure out what you'd need from there.

Upon closer look it looks like a letter D on the spring and the window weighs about 12 pounds.

If the window weighs 12 pounds, you can use one S152-6 6-pound spring on each side of the window. This would total 12 pounds of overall support which should work for you as long as the springs total within a pound of the sash's actual weight.
